Great Floors has been a the top of my preference list for flooring selections for a number of years now. I love the product selection and fresh ideas that are always keeping the showroom on trend and a reliable resource to recommend and bring clients to. Outside of the product selection I direct my business to Great Floors because of the customer service. I've been lucky enough to have a working relationship with Amanda + Saundra for awhile now and they are never anything short of helpful and informative. And they ALWAYS go above and beyond in ensuring their clients are happy whether it be personally delivering a material to site or out sourcing a material alternative to fit the right price point. I trust their expertise immensely and can't say enough good things about Great Floors as a company and their employees.

Amanda helped me pick new glass tiles for the back splash in my kitchen, and then some complementary tiles that would work in a nearby powder room. Both look amazing and the installation was quick and clean. When I noticed one of the tiles had a small fracture in it I called them and they came back in a couple days and replaced it. Great service - thank you!

I also had horrible experience. I went into the London store to pick tiles for my kitchen renovation and the lady not sure if it was Amanda but she was yakking on her cell phone and totally ignored me so I left and went somewhere else where they appreciate business. Find somewhere else to avoid stress and trouble
