Patty, the lady at the front entrance cash provided excellent and quick service. I needed specialty bulbs for workshop lights and replacement T-bars for my drop ceiling. She immediately checked the system for inventory and options ... both requests were satisfied promptly making a quick stop truly quick and satisfying with products in hand. Inquiries about availability and pricing of drop-ceiling tiles were also provided. She was pleasant and pleased to be helpful. An excellent experience. Likewise, the same level of excellent service was provided a week ago by a new employee, Jodi. I applaud Moffatt & Powell for their new hires - they are beginning to convince me to return as a regular customer as I was in prior years.

Horrible place to shop. Rona is bad enough on their own but this location takes the cake. Happy to take your money and lie up and down to your face about when product is arriving but then tell you to suck it up when they make a mistake. The building should be razed and a HomeDepot should be put in its place. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your Reno needs
