Had big selection! But the two samples we liked and picked out and were priced already at $14.95. The lady suddenly changed the price and said it would actually be $23.95 a sq/ft. So is everything priced wrong in there. Or are they going to up price if they think that you are willing to spend more. Would not recommend!

i purchased a few boxes of 12 by 12 tiles but i made a mistake i needed 13 by 13 tiles, so i went back and asked to exchange them and pay the extra for the correct tiles , I was told sure then the sales agent came back after talking to her manager and told me that i could not exchange them and it was a final sale , i was floored !!!this was not marked as final sale on the receipt , i have shopped there a few times before but after being treated like this i will never shop at this store again, i will stick to the big box stores as they always take back their product unlike these scam artists at metropolitan tile in kitchener .Think twice before you decide to shop at this store. i had to give this post a star to post but i would take it back

Very friendly staff member, helped us look at the many different styles of tile that they have. They let us borrow a few tiles to see how they looked at home before we made our decision. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the tile that we were looking for. The prices are competitive and they have a large section of tile here.

Nicole was very helpful in guiding us around the store. She ordered samples in for us to see in multiple colours, and offered grouts to match. Looking forward to them coming in, and making our final decision. Thank you!

Not very helpful at all. We walked in and didn't get a hi or asked if we needed any help.
