The Lumber Liquidators on Walden were great to work with. They gave me really great samples of the floor to bring home (not just tiny little squares). Everyone there was so helpful when I was choosing a floor. The delivery was so easy - they carried into the the house and put it in a convenient spot so that it could sit for over a week to acclimate to my house. The installer (Matt) was the best. He took his time making sure the floor looked awesome. I had some left over boxes and the store returned them with no problems. They did a great job on all aspects.

Very poor customer service. I came in to pick out a floor for a room I’m remodeling in my home. There’s hardwood throughout my home and I was looking for advice as to which material would best compliment or contrast what I have in the other rooms. I spoke with two people, both showed zero interest in helping or answering my questions. I even had photos but it was very evident that they did not want to be bothered unless I was there knowing what I want and ready to purchase. The third kid I talked to genuinely wanted to help but it was evident he was new and not trained to help with my questions. I eventually gave up and left out of frustration. Maybe my expectations were too high. These associates are simply order takers, not flooring professionals.

Not a bad place to grab nice flooring for a good price, however, be sure to inspect your order before taking it from the store. Opened my first laminate package and found a plank damaged (pictured). I plan on cutting it to get my fit correct, but figured I'd share just so you know to inspect product before taking it home. Ordered online and it was ready under an hour. Sales people were friendly. I didn't get a copy of my receipt though.. which I found odd.. I still do recommend to check out though. They do have nice product.
