As a designer, I work with Canaroma for many years and constantly get the best customer service. I highly recommend them as a great supplier with a wide selection of bathtubs, vanities, faucets, etc. In my years of collaboration with Canaroma, I've always worked with Simonetta. From my experience, she has managed to satisfy my clients needs every time, no matter the difficulty. She is professional, knowledgeable and creative, which brings me back to Canaroma with new Projects time and time again.

Place is amazing. They take their time and go through their products. Lots of great suggestions! Best part is the sales after service! We had a mirror broken from our vanity...since it wasn't package properly by the manufacture and they got it replaced right away! Excellent service. Excellent products!

Unfortunately our experience was very negative. Their customer service is so unprofessional in dealing with issues. My sales representative had made mistakes twice and would not accept responsibility for it. These mistakes had cost us significant over charges from our contractor and plumber, in order for them to return three times to rectify this incorrect order issue Canaroma's sales rep just kept making. Being in the construction industry for 40 years as a manufacturer myself in the Vaughan area, I strongly suggest better customer service and a more knowledgeable team. Furthermore, it was unfortunate that I called twice and a manager never seemed to be in the facility when an issue had to be addressed. I know there are ample bath and tile stores in Vaughan and Toronto to choose from and unfortunately this is not one that I can recommend. Very disappointing!!

I purchased a new shower head and a kitchen faucet at Canaroma - although my purchase was relatively small, Simonetta Gazzea spent time in the showroom helping me make the right choices, following up by email and providing exceptional service. I will definitely return when I undertake a more extensive renovation. Additionally, the showroom is beautiful and all the staff are friendly when you are visiting. I would highly recommend.

I would rate Canaroma and gentleman I dealt with a 10 on 10. We wanted something different for our powder room but had too many questions because we wanted an opinion on if what we want will work for functionality wise or not. Right from the beginning SHANNON WOO took care of all our questions and gave expert advice about various options we were leaning towards. There was a challenge that occurred in the middle and Shannon dealt with it in the most professional way we would hope for. End of the day our powder room is the talk of the our parties. It came out really well and exactly what we had in our mind. I would 100% recommend Shannon Woo and Canaroma to my friends and to everyone who is reading this. - Anuradha G T
