Diabolical customer service! Even emailed the MD with my complaint, the email was read but totally ignored. One of many problems I had was with a soft close toilet seat that broke after just a few months and I was asked if I used the toilet often! I would recommend going next door to M P Moran, excellent customer service, great products and an all round nicer experience. Despite receiving a response from Porcelanosa to this review saying my complaint would be investigated and I would be contacted in due course, I never heard another word from them. Since two years has now passed I think it's a bit late! Typifies their standard of customer service really doesn't it?

Nona from the showroom provided us with an outstanding customer service. She took an extra mile to resolve the issue with the order. The tiles are already installed and our wet room looks stunning. Thank you.

I dealt with Nona at Porcelanosa. Her service was friendly, professional and she dealt with all my queries efficiently. She did that little bit more and ensured prompt delivery of my bathroom furniture. I have had to purchase another item and I contacted Nona who was able to deal with my new order both efficiently and to meet my needs.

We recently visited the store and asked David to help us with quote for our tiles and flooring. He was super patient and very helpful. After the visit, David always respond my questions by email or call me straightaway. We decided not to go with the floor because of uncertainty on our building work timeline but I then made a very last minute order for next morning pick of the tiles. He did the quote over the phone and all was sorted beautifully. We will go back for more tiles and definitely recommend his service.

While the quality of the items looks very impressive - my bathroom is in the process of being installed, unfortunately the customer service is very poor which is very disappointing for a company selling high end products. the main issue of this company is the lack of communications with customers. Once the sales is done, there is no follow up to inform of any issues - out of stock, delays etc.. And when trying to reach the showroom, no one picks up the phone, returns calls, and reply to emails to address stock issues. When i finally managed to get through the line , no one wanted to take the responsibility for my order as this was completed by a sales assistant who was on a long holiday! After many unanswered phone calls and emails, I only managed to get my issue sorted by going back physically to the show room - twice and I came across Isidor Souza who took the time to understand the issue and sort it for me. We are still waiting for our outstanding item and i hope this will be delivered as promised.
