SHOCKING SERVICE!! DO NOT BOTHER... Once they have your money, it’s always the customer who is chasing. They made me false promises about a large order that I placed and assured me a confirmed delivery date by their factory. To my surprise NO telephone call prior to my delivery or on the day. I chased them for days as Andrew my sales guy (who lied to me and speaks unprofessionally about others in front of customers) was off on holiday, and other staff just didn’t care (maybe as they’re working for commission). My plumbers were left waiting for days and me left out of pocket for the inconvenience caused to them. Spoke to the manager hoping she could cover some of this cost but she shrugged me off and didn’t believe her employee Andrew had made me promises despite me presenting her proof of paperwork from Andrew (handwritten and signed by him). Their prices of items are an absolutely RIP OFF for such shocking customer service. If you are that prestige then up your game or shut shop!! Please do yourselves and train your staff harder. YOU HAVE ONE VERY ANNOYED ANGRY CUSTOMER WHO WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!

Super place. Few staff and they will discharge you quickly if they see no large purchase potential.... I guess they must have important orders piling up...

My husband and I went into the Porcelanosa store in Peterborough today to purchase new tiles for our kitchen, armed with a cupboard door for matching purposes. We were completely ignored by the two members of staff. The one member of staff who was free was only interested in looking at his computer screen. We stood next to him and waited for him to acknowledge we were there. On asking for help with kitchen tiles we were told 'they are everywhere' as he waved his hand around him. He clearly was not interested in finding out what we were looking for and was not willing to help us. We walked out and went to Topps Tiles, where we were greeted and helped and had a completely different experience. We will be buying our tiles from Topps Tiles and will be writing to their Customer Service Department to compliment their excellent service . You need to learn how to treat customers if you want to charge premium prices and expect sales!!

Shocking customer service: bought and paid for shower at Peterborough whilst in area from Scotland. salesperson said sales was to finish but no problem delivering to Scotland for their standard £40 charge if I bought before sale ended. 2 days later, told delivery was £260 - I refused. Then told them pass to Glasgow branch to fulfill. Delivery delayed, had to cancel plumber, delivery eventually made 8pm because driver said he'd not been informed earlier and was a rush job to get it to me. Waste parts missing ! Called Glasgow, no call back. Due back in Peterborough 3 days later so went in and collected waste. Plumber arrives but Spanish size fittings so had to buy another locally. Took waste back to Peterborough, where I paid and collected it from, to be told..." You'll have to take it up with Glasgow and anyway it's outside the 28 day returns policy". Unbelievable - after all their mistakes all I want is what I paid for - nothing more, nothing less - and no one has the authority or common sense to simply refund the cost of the waste fittings. I don't want an apology nor compensation for wasted time, cancelled plumber etc - just a refund for the wrong part.. Is it really that difficult to understand and sort out amicably ?
