Appalling customer service. Buy elsewhere, The goods are fine but their attitude to customers is the worst of any retailer I have ever dealt with. They are late with deliveries,, indifferent to queries and can never be bothered to inform you when goods arrive. This was a very long post, but I have edited it to just advise people to find other retailers for kitchen and bathroom fittings. Other branches may be better.

I bought some products from Porcelanosa ( £4000 +) for my new bathrooms. They whole-heartedly recommended a bathroom fitter who was extremely incompetent who created huge problems including 2 big leaks in both bathrooms that he fitted. I asked Porcelanosa to take some responsibility who agreed initially to supply me with some tiles for remedial work at no cost to me but on the day of delivery their rude and obnoxious manager from Sheffield branch rang me and refused to release the tiles until I had paid. I had no choice as I had tradesmen booked so I had to pay. Felt v disappointed as was misled. I realised that the bathroom fitter was actually their subcontractor too. I got my money back for remedial work and tiles through the Courts in the end but their customer service was absolutely appalling throughout. The complaint was not dealt with at all by the local branch and I was told to contact the area manager Mr Mark Dunlevy, who basically never replied to my various messages. I was eventually told to write to him. He only replied once there was the threat of court action. The bathroom fitter lost out due to his incompetence and I lost out for making a bad choice. The winners were Porcelanosa only as they benefitted from selling the same materials twice for one job, which was unethical. Appalling service, bad attitude and no respect for customers. Please don't waste your time with them.
