Would give 0/0 if I could. This place clearly must be making so much money enough to hire a strange Receptionist named Eva who can’t be bothered to respond to a customers inquiry or emails. At all. They clearly do not want anyone’s money. Good luck and I wouldn’t be shocked if this company is failing. It starts with the people you decide to hire and if you want advice — get rid of Eva and keep her if you wish for your company to fail. Go to other places that actually are kind and have a deep understanding of what good customer service is.

We had a terrible time trying to figure out how to get a quote! We had to go ourselves to multiple (separate) warehouses to find the marble slab, then send our choices to get a quote. While E-mailing our slab selections we asked the simple question of how long it would take to get a quote back. Three days later we still haven't heard anything! Such a waste of time! If you enjoy a lack of communication, this is the place for you. For everyone else, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Horrible service and products. They don't do any quality checks on their product before sending for delivery. When you ask for delivery they will send you the worst they have. They tell you that they won't take it back. Even play the blame game! "It's the supplier, you didn't handle the tiles properly. Final SALE." Take it from me a contractor; STAY AWAY!!!! Not worth the headaches or money!!!!!!!!
