The installer I had was new to the company and is amazing! I had a great overall experience with the office staff, the measurement guy and the installer. Material is top notch. Would reccomend!

Great service and even better installers

Via Costco, we were put in contact with Uniform Custom Countertops. Quote process fast and easy. Showroom wasn’t too impressive compared with other locations, but we had confidence that Costco would stand behind who they chose to refer us to. Ended up going ahead with quartz countertops. The turnaround was quick and even ready before we were. Have since called them back as the joint opened from our house’s usual winter shifting. They scheduled us in for the return visit, no issues.

My sales associate Nadia was fantastic! Workmanship not so much, instalation went okay although my undermount sink fell out of place months later, guess I should of read their adhessive warranty. A DIY person out of a Home Depot seminar could have glued my sink on better. To the Owner of Uniform - please spend the extra few more dollars on the appropriate addesive and take pride in your business. To any furter Clients - Make sure to decline the "free sink instalation" it will end up costing you down the road anyways, Don't get fooled by the fancy measuring equipment seems to be just a gimic to conceal the inexperiece..... Yours truly Richard

Uniform has 0 after care customer service even with the warranty they claim to provide they will not answer your calls. I was recommended caesarstone as the best for durability and strength. After only a few months what appears to be flaking in small lines and small holes visible in the countertops, I called Caesarstone and had the representative come in and give me advice, he said that I needed to have Uniform come in and fill in the holes and lines with epoxy to prevent them from getting any larger. I have called and spoke with Ashley 3 times but she has never returned my phone calls ! Take a look at the work done on my kitchen after spending thousands of dollars you would think they would be able to send someone to fill in a few holes ? But it seems I am not the only one who is being ignored by reading other posts about Uniform.
