All around great experience. I went in for a very small kitchen, and they treated me the same as a client who was ordering for a larger house. The sales manager was very helpful, they scheduled me in quite quickly and the install crew was very kind and professional. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure doing business with TGI! Thank you to Kingsley for explaining to me the different kinds of stones and for securing the best price in town. Thank you to Ryan for the excellent support and for expediting the install. And a special thank you to the fantastic team of Jaime, Dirk & David who did an excellent job in installing my countertop. I definitely recommend TGI! In fact I already did to two of my neighbors who are going to do their kitchen renovations as well.

I would definitely recommend these guys! They were very responsive and very accommodating from beginning to end. Not to mention the best price i could find around town. Kingsley - the salesman - was great! He took the time to discuss my project in detail from the first phone call. He even brought a technician on the phone to answer my measurement/technical questions. Made it very easy for me. The installers (Yves and Pepe) were great! Very professional and friendly. And they showed that they cared by making slight modifications (moving a piece of wood here, cutting a piece there) in order to optimize the installation. Stuff that they didn't necessarily have to do. Even the guy who came to take measurements (Steve) helped me remove some cabinets that needed to go, which he absolutely didn't have to do. Super helpful and courteous guys! I really liked dealing with everyone from that company, including the owner (Diego) who was super laid back and very reasonable to deal with, and very accommodating. Go with TGI for all your granite needs! You won't be sorry!

Great experience! Kingsley offered great service and advise and delivered on a short turn around as promised.

A few weeks ago I went to TGi for a custom vanity top.Crystal, an efficient receptionist, met me and took me to Kingsley in sales, who showed me alternative granite stones and I chose one. It was ready within the same week and I picked it up and had it installed by my contractor. It is gorgeous and the price was very fair. Kingsley and the quality of the work left me with a highly favourable impression of this shop. About 10 days later I had bad news from another supplier who was to have installed quartz counter tops in my new home. The stone chosen was not going to be available and they could not provide an installation date. My move-in date was a week away. To their credit that supplier let me out of the contract and refunded my payment. I turned to TGi and, in Kingsley's absence that day, Kristen stepped in and looked for quartz slabs similar to my original choice. Based on the number of her calls and texts to update me, and my visits to the shop, it is clear that she worked very hard to accommodate me. Templating was scheduled on short notice, the stone was ordered, the slabs were cut and polished and the installation crew of Damien and Johnny arrived at 5:00 pm on a Friday to do a perfect installation, all within 10 working days of my first visit with Kristen. And the price was less than that of the originally intended supplier. The staff at TGi care about the customer and obviously care about excellent quality workmanship!
