Ever had a carpet conversation so in depth it felt life altering? I'm not even joking. The man with the glasses at Carpet One Orillia provided the most information and advice I've ever received shopping for flooring. Excellent customer experience.

Would highly recommend Carpet One to anyone that wants a new floor. We recently had vinyl planking installed on their recommendation and it looks great. The installer, Bill, arrived when he said he would and made changes that improved the look of the finished product. Ask for Bill.
