Not sure what Factory Tile Depot's employee of the month wall looks like, but surely Tameka must be on it many times. I was looking for a special order tile, which I had found at a different supplier. When I called FTD and asked Tameka, who was very helpful in identifying the tile, if they could match the price I was getting at their competitor, she looked into it and confirmed that they could. Her responsiveness in letting me know was great. There was no time wasted. After ordering the tile, she told me that it would be a week until they arrived for pick-up, but then to my shock and surprise, SHE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY and let me know that I could come in and get the tiles, because she was able to get them earlier than she expected. When I went in to pick them up, Matt in shipping was super friendly and loaded them into my truck for me. All in all, it was a first-rate customer experience, from start to finish.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wide variety of products available from tile, sills and edging to thinset and tools. Competitive pricing. Highly recommended and have been using them for years.

The associates at Tile Depot are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything always works out seamlessly or they go the extra mile to make it work - even if it means following up with a sales rep — on the weekend!!! A++
