Great Lakes Granite and Marble is the way to go! Amazing selection of granite and marble and everyone is so friendly and professional. We worked with Jen and she was so helpful, knowledgeable (and patient) as we decided on the perfect match for our kitchen! I've been recommending Great Lakes Granite and Marble to family and friends for years and will continue to do so!!

The customer service was excellent when we picked out our granite fireplace surround at Great Lakes Granite & More. They patiently answered all our questions and spent a lot of time walking us through the warehouse to look at stone options. They were able to cut the granite so it was only .75 inches thick, to accommodate the dimensions of our fireplace. Another shop we visited was unable to do a slab that thin. Very impressive selection of stones, so we found exactly the color we wanted.

We had such an amazing experience with Brandon at Great Lakes Granite and Marble. Everything from choosing the color to the different variation in the stone was done and explained with his expertise. The installation was done professionally and the we couldn't be happier with the finished results. We highly recommend Great Lakes Granite and Marble for any of your home improvement needs!

When we visited Great Lakes we were impressed. The size of the warehouse, and the amount of inventory, and our salesman Kevin was very nice. They were quick to come out to measure and the gentleman that came out was great. On the day of the installation they sent out a sub contractor, Mario was in a hurry, he was swearing in spanish, he said the job was taking much longer than it should. When he was finally finished I noticed that the sink was dented from the outside in and was misaligned. When I looked underneath the sink I could see that the cold water plumbing was wedged between the wall and the sink. I then Knew why he wished me good luck doing the plumbing. I called Kevin and explained the problem. He sent out Drew to investigate, Drew was great, he determined the sink needed to be replaced and arrangements were made through Kevin. Drew brought out a new sink and had it installed in a very short time, properly, you have a great employee. I called Kevin and asked why our back splash was installed in 2 pieces, his answer was that being only 4" tall that it might break in transport, after seeing the install I could see where he was coming from. If the back splash had to come in 2 pieces it should have been seemed behind the hole which was drilled for the faucet where it would not have been so conspicuous. I gave 3 stars because Drew did such a great job.
