My team and I look to Pro Source for all our carpet and pre finished hardwood needs. We have also found the best selection of upscale vinyl/laminate products at Pro Source. Ryan O'Connor is happy to share his wealth of knowledge with us and our clients. He stays the most up to date and provides us with a great value. When we order, he keeps us up to date on delivery and is helpful to our installers when they pick up the goods. It is a pleasure working with someone who understands the flooring industry the way Ryan does and with a vendor who carries a wide range of products so we can suit every client's needs. We can always find several good options for the spaces we design at Pro Source.

Although we initially went to ProSource for tile and floor covering, we discovered a one-stop provider of beautiful home enhancements. Not only are the products offered in great abundance and quality, our contact was/is aa most patient, creative and helpful professional. Our project has cycled over many bumps in the road and ProSource has been there - truly a Professional Source of product and encouragement.

Pro source Indianapolis is my first choice when he picking up product for my design projects. Being a small business owner with home office, I do not always have the space equity to keep a large library of samples. I know I can always trust pro source to have the right product for the job. They’re always very professional. Me being one who wants to look out for their clients pocketbooks, when having done price comparisons, they have very competitive pricing as a wholesaler! I love this place!

We had a major sewer back up in our basement and had to have carpet, drywall replaced and extensive painting done. It was almost a blessing in disguise because it forced us to redo the basement in new colors, update the trim to white and change the horrid blue/green indoor outdoor carpet that the flipper guy put in before we bought the home. We were told to go to ProSource in Castleton and we had Dave Grande help us. I had no idea he even owned the store, he was humble, answered all of my non-stop questions and he was very patient with our decisions regarding carpet as we wanted a Berber type carpet. He even let us take the samples home. His prices were extremely affordable and his team even laid the carpet which was a very good price. We are extremely pleased with what they had done and our experience was a good one. We are planning a kitchen remodel soon and ProSource will be first we will go to to see about flooring and maybe some other items as well. Give ProSource a try ..... you won't be disappointed!

What a disappointment. The showroom is great in terms of election, but good luck trying to actually buy something. We were referred by our architect and met with Ryan. Spent hours selecting flooring for new construction. Also provided plans and requested multiple bathroom cabinetry quotes from their in-house designer. Left with Ryan's promise to get us pricing the "next week" and bathroom cabinetry designs. Next week turned into weeks and we had heard nothing. So we call. And email. And call some more. Finally he responds and promises it the next day. The next day comes and goes and still nothing. Mind you, these were all HIS proffered timelines. We weren't pushing for something immediately. However, MONTHS passed. To the point where my husband called the manager, who was rude to him, and said that they had a quote in their system (6 months later and we've still never seen one). I called the wood flooring company directly to seek out another distributer and was told they would contact the owner and I would hear from someone. Nothing. Not a word after 6 months and endless emails and calls. This place is a joke.
