The staff was 50/50 . First I asked for help at the contractor desk, and they just pointed me towards the tool area, not actually knowing where the part was that I needed. The second fellow (from shelving area) said I would need a tool associate which he found for me quickly. The associate answered my question with knowledge. I then headed to the cashier. The price showed up as double what it was supposed to be. I said there must be a mistake, and we went back to the shelf which showed the sale price. She said it must be per item. I said I don't think so, then she paged the tool associate. I had to wait for a few minutes while she served a couple other customers who also were having problems with their purchases showing wrong prices. The tool associate came back with a tag showing my item at half price. The cashier then rang the item through at the sale price. After I got home I checked out the flyer and noticed the sale ended the day before. (But did find that exact item for sale at Lowe's for the same sale price) The store does have the Craftsman tools setup a lot nicer then both of the Lowe's stores. At the end of the day my experience was kinda painful but then I didn't have to travel to another store to get my item.

Employees go above and beyond to help out! I wasn't sure what I was looking for and Warren went out of his way to make sure I found what I needed and even went as far to make sure everything was properly secured before I drove off! Made a huge difference in my day and I am grateful people like that are still around! I go to Rona now for all my home reno needs!

I find the store very dark, there are many light bulbs that are not working. This is not conducive to an inspiring shopping experience. The cashier was great.

I find the staff to be a tad unhelpful. I have been told a few times 'i don't know ' and they walk away. They do have decent selections for outdoor furniture however seems over priced compared to home Depot and Canadian tire .
