I was initially very pleased with this supplier. I called and received the information, placed my order over the phone, and received my paid invoice within 48 hours. I was given a two week lead time from Canada to their US location and from there they would ship the tiles to me. I received a call around the two week mark saying the tiles arrived. I followed up on that shipment a week later to see if there was any tracking information. I was told the still hadn't shipped the tiles. They must not do do this often but never advised this to me. They started asking for EIN numbers in order to ship to me using FedEx. I was given the tracking information a few days after that, after calling for an update. The tiles arrived 5/11 and upon opening them all were cracked and unable to be used. I called yesterday 5/15 to advise the tiles were broken upon delivery. They told me they would look into it and get back with me. I received a call about 15 min later saying they had no record for this transaction and needed proof. Which concerned me. I sent the invoice and photos of the damaged product. I was told again someone would reach back out to me. I followed up at the end of the day to check on the progress. I was told they should hear something back by the end of the day. I called to follow up this morning 5/16/17 and spoke with Terry who was extremely rude. He expressed he felt they were doing us a favor selling us the tiles because our order was small. That if I kept asking for updates they wouldn't work hard to resolve this issue. That I kept bothering them. Then said I wasn't sending them what they needed. I advised I was never requested to send them anything because no one reached out to me with updated information so this is the first time I was hearing they needed anything from us. I asked if I could simply send back the damaged tiles, receive a refund, and go with another supplier because of his attitude. He said no the replacement materials were already ordered but didn't have any tracking info because they hadn't shipped yet. I asked if there was anyone else i could speak with besides him and he said no, he's the general manager and Steve agreed with him. So upon us hanging up with one another I obtained the information they requested from me and emailed it to them. I have not heard from them confirming receipt and am not eager to speak with them again. I felt he (Terry) was very rude immediately for no reason. I do not desire to use them again. I will reach out to another supplier the next time we need tiles. This is just a warning.

We got flooring products for two of our stores and the service was incredible. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

Knowledgeable staff and helpful. However when you are told your flooring will be there in two weeks. Then to later return 3 weeks later asking where it is and getting told another two weeks. Then coming back that two weeks and once again getting told two weeks away... Simply put good place if it's in stock terrible if you have to order it

I purchased my quartz countertops and glass backsplash from Steve and the team over a year ago and I have been very pleased with the quality and durability. Highly recommend!
