Went yesterday for information on new flooring - left with more questions than answers. I was certainly a bother to the sales person. Prices for flooring were estimates - he could not be bothered to look up the price. I took a couple of samples home and will return them today never to return. Not interested in spending my money here. My background is customer service and the experience was a 0 star. My business is not wanted I guess. The only positive is that I know to look elsewhere!

Not a fan at all of your god references and wings of angels comments in your recent radio commercial. If you can't sell your products without bringing religion and fairy tales into it, you should go back to marketing school. Disgusting.

Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority. Post installation issues not dealt with in a timely manner. Owner promises to return calls and never does. Took over 5 months to find out they're not going to help fix the bad flooring we bought. Better hope nothing goes wrong with flooring you buy from here. Will never be back! To be truthful, you said repeatedly that you'd call me back and never did. Customer service from the owner was atrocious.
