I'd rate a zero if it was possible! The fine folks in the flooring department sold a customer of mine - 2 different dye lots of subway tile - when she ordered the entire lot all at once. They admitted to the tile being different colours but made no effort to correct the situation or at the very least - reimburse them. What a joke! Don't trust that the employees are hired professionals - an absolute travesty!

I went in today and had nothing short of an amazing experience. I was helped by Cat at the register and Josh in seasonal and they were outstanding. Very friendly and willing to help, Josh going above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Even though I didn't find what I was looking for I left in a great mood and will definitely be returning due to the incredibly friendly staff. Keep it up Car and Josh!!

Maybe send your enemies here but no one you care about... Rona Saskatoon treated us so horribly we will never go near that store or any Rona ever again. The manager was too good to talk to us in person to face the people they screwed over. Don't ask associates for help or advice because if they give you the wrong advice that then damages your home they will deny that person was ever working or call you a liar! After spending thousands of dollars here we were treated like garbage. Never again!
