Went in to see John about a warranty part and there shop looks abandoned or on the way out? I have left countless messages for Terry in warranty and never received a call back from anyone! Had warranty come to fix issues and they made more mistakes and left me with trim pieces off and no call back! My job and problems with product has been abandoned by Jeld Wen! The product was custom steel clad wood windows and doors. The sliding patio door was deemed faulty and a work order to replace it was made. When the new door arrived the install contractor said this door was made wrong and a new door was would have to be ordered. Well years have gone by, phone calls have been made with no communication back! My children have doubled in size and so has my frustration!
