My custom order was not what I wanted because they switched materials without asking...

The trim around my windshield was coming off on both sides. I called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, and they were less than helpful. I stopped in at Crystal Glass yesterday. They fixed it quickly and didn't even charge me. When I have a bigger job, I will not hesitate to give my business to this location. Thank you!

I brought my vehicle in at the time that was requested. When I booked my appointment I was told it would be ready at 4. When dropping off the keys the lady at the front said it would be ready 4 to 4:30. I arrived at 4, the old glass had been removed, but the new windshield still was not in. The senior guy there told me it would be ready at 5. I stated that is not was I was originally told, and that I had an appointment at 5 in the West end. As soon as he heard that he said it would be ready at 4:35. The old glass went in immediately, and I was out the door at 4:35. They pushed at the end to accommodate me (great), but if they had followed the initial schedule, that wouldn't have been required in the first place. Still will go back though, everyone had a smile on there face, and I had only booked the appointment the day before.

Had another fantastic experience today this time at the St.Albert location! Had a chip and a long crack in my windshield and both were fixed for about the cost of one chip at one of those parking lot places! Definitely recommend anyone with a chip or crack to check out any Crystal Glass location, my total time spent was about 1/2hour! Just Awesome!
