Replaced our deck sliding doors, did the entire replacement job in one day, staff from start to install were terrific, prices very reasonable compared to a few other companies. Will use them again for window and door replacement in the future. Highly recommend giving Gienow a chance to meet your needs.

A stellar team of installers, high quality products and a very positive overall experience. Gienow is a large company with a strong history which has an appreciation to small clients like me. Very pleased with their work!

A nine year old Gienow window in my home has started to leak. I contacted Gienow and was told it was not their problem and to contact my builder. I am the second owner of the home. I actually want to replace the window anyway...so there is more business there than just a fix on the seal. Gienow will not be getting my business, now or in the future. Not the smartest move by Sarah, the so-called customer service person. If I owned this business, I'd be having a chat with my service staff.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. The installers where very professional and courteous at all times. Thank you all for everything.

We had a front door, sidelight and transome replaced by Gienow. Met them at the home show and they seemed like great guys. Had them out to measure and quote which was a great experience, they listened and had great insight and thoughts, very responsive and informative through the whole process. The door is absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier with it all. We've had a lot of work done for the past two years on a huge home reno and it was extremely refreshing to have a company do exactly what they said they would do when they would do it!
