I have purchased windows and doors through this company 5 years ago. The sales end was poor as the salesperson was only interested in showing me 1 style of window which was a very entry level style. I feel I was judged according to what he thought i could afford. The quote was done up and he had entered many of the 33 windows as the wrong measurements. I caught most of them but still managed to incorrectly make the windows at the correct sizes. Front door system was so cheaply made. Header and foot of frame was 2 different widths. Such poor after sales service. Spend the extra money and go with Polar windows. This place is terrible. They do not deserve nor earn anyone's business.

I can't comment on the actual product as I never had an opportunity to purchase anything from this company, due to extremely poor customer service. Two weeks ago, I filled out an online request for a quote and never heard back from anyone. This past week, I filled out the same form online, thinking that perhaps the last one didn't go through. I received a call the same day and was told that someone would call me in the next day or two. Today is day three and I still haven't heard from anyone. Truthfully, I don't expect to. I have called four other window companies in Winnipeg for quotes and they call back within the hour, sometimes sooner. I guess Durabuilt doesn't need my business that badly. If you want to chase a company for a quote, go with Durabuilt. I don't have time or patience for that, nor do I feel that I should work harder than the company itself to get a quote, so I'm choosing to give my business to people who've earned it with positive customer service.
