We are a small Remodeling firm. Our customer insisted on ordering Pella doors for their master bedroom. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare from the get go. First, the rep we were working with did not confirm with our customer the type of door they wanted. Our customer was very specific what they wanted. We specifically asked the guy from Pella to meet with our customer and go over everything that they wanted. Well, he met with the customer but he did not go over the style of door and attributes of the door that the customer wanted. So, even though he met with our customer, he did not really go over any particulars with our customer. Had he done so, the incorrect door would not have been delivered and we would not be in this mess right now. Our customer wanted French sliding doors, and unfortunately, the description on Pella's website isn't all too clear about their doors. It is confusing, to say the least. So now we are trying to work with Pella to get the door that our customer wants. Pella is not willing to work with us AT ALL in order to get our customer the correct door. They are willing to sell us another door at their cost, which is laughable, as it is only about $1000 less than what we originally paid for from the first door. So, how can that be their original cost?? I would say they mark those doors up more than $1000. So, the fact they are giving us this second door at their cost is totally unbelievable. We told our Rep that we would go to his boss to try and get a better deal. He said, go ahead, I don't care. You are too small a company and your order of a $5000 door is too small for us to even worry about, so go ahead, you won't get any better of a deal than what we are currently offering you. So, basically, Pella doesn't care about you if you are a single family, small company, or have an order of just $5000. They only care about you if you are a big company and will bring a lot of money to their company. All us small fries are inconsequential to their company. (I'd say $5000 is a lot of money for a single-family or even a small company like us.) So, unless you are a big company these guys don't really care about you. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PELLA DOORS AT ALL. This whole experience with Pella has been a nightmare. Their unwillingness to work with us has been frustrating. I know we are a small company, but we will NEVER work with this company again and recommend anyone and everyone to go somewhere else for your doors. I would rather just give them a 1/2 star, but the system won't let me, so I'm leaving it at 1 star. That is really all they deserve. When someone blatantly tells you they don't care about your business?!?!? They don't deserve to be a business. No matter how small or large you are, your vendor should want to exhibit good customer service and they should care about you. Shame on You Pella!!!

I worked with Cal Abts from Pella for replacement of windows in my basement. Start to finish I felt the support, advice, installation and follow up were outstanding. The installers were great to coordinate and finished ahead of schedule. The lead time was originally quoted a few months out but they pulled it in significantly. Great local company, very happy customer here.

These guys were great. Couldn't get my size storm door, but solved another problem for me. Thanks for night trying to sell me something that wouldn't work.

Saleman was good. Windows are nice. Installation crew was very curtious and did the job well. The problems were that some trim and a window were lost in transit, so they needed to come back a few weeks later to finish the job. The second trip was still missing some trim, so I am waiting on a third appointment to finish it all. Also they are constantly booked so the initial work was delayed 2 months from when we payed, and the second visit was a month later.

Carlos was awesome and very professional. He gave us multiple options to think about on our quote.
