I own a new 2017 GMC with the lane departure feature that is mounted on the windshield. I went in to get a quote on a new windshield and was informed that the lane departure sensor would add an additional $250.00 and an additional 2-4 hours of work. Apparently the sensor needed to be calibrated in order for it to work properly. Total bill was quoted at $650.00. Thinking that this quote was a bit high and an unreasonable amount of time, I contacted Shaw GMC and was quoted $465.00 for all the work. The technician at Shaw informed me that the sensor is built into the rear view mirror unit and does not need to be calibrated as the entire assembly is removed and then re-attached, with minor adjustments to the assembly. I had the work done at Shaw in their body shop in 2 hours and saved $200.00. NOT impressed Crystal Glass with the misinformation and price gouging.

Would not recommend. Had problems with install and not helpful at all when I called and spoke to them about it.

Very friendly and polite staff. They seem to have the best deal on windshield chip repairs and replacement in Cochrane. Only complaint is that their reception area has strong smell of cigarettes

We’ve had a windshield replaced here as well as a custom piece of glass cut for a coffee table. Both times the customer service was amazing, and the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time!

They repair my rock chips quickly. I'm happy with the results.
