I had other window companies come to my home and quote me ridiculous prices for a front picture window. Rusco Window was honest with me and gave me a quote 5x below the competitor. They ordered my window and came out and installed it the following week. I am very pleased.

Very impressed with the service. I had all the windows replaced in my house. The three day install went smoothly, I was able to reuse all my previous window treatments which I was told might not happen, so that was good news. Salesman Taylor Arne was very professional, represented his product well, and when a couple Windows weren't quite right he was out right away to see what was up. Rusco's service department was great and came out to fix problems quickly. Overall a great experience and windows are of equal or better quality than others I was shown at a much better price

Great Customer Service and Quality Work!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had my dad take a window to Rusco Window Company in Fargo. The home was on the market and needed to be repaired immediately. He drove from Breckenridge, MN to Fargo and dropped off the window. Five days later my dad called to see where things were at with the repair. Not only had they not fixed it, they told him that they had not even ordered the glass for it yet. He reminded the Rusco employee how he had told them how urgently the window was needed as the home was on the market for sale. It fell on deaf ears. I contacted Rusco. The first lady I spoke with was not helpful at all. I finally asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with the service manager who attempted to tell me that I had no reason to be upset. He made this unapologetic comment despite knowing that the window repair was urgently needed as it was holding up a home sale. Realizing that I was getting nowhere with him, I asked to speak with the general manager or the owner. Of course, neither of them were around. Long story short, I would not do business with them. We all screw up from time to time, but the apologetic attitudes of the employees at Rusco are good cause for taking my business elsewhere. I'd encourage you to think twice before conducting business with Rusco Window Company.
