Buyer beware!! Do NOT provide any personal contact information! Almost 1 year after contacting pella I am getting almost weekly mail, e-mail, and now text messages. They will not take you off their list. What a nightmare. I would recommend any other window brand. Plastic wrap over your windows is preferable to getting pella text messages every week. Pella if you read your reviews - please take "no" for "no" (and take me off your lists) Thank You, Drew

Have tried for over four months to set up a service call. No one has contacted us. Even after repeated attempts by email and phone. Incredibly poor service. Obviously they do not care. Relatives in cleveland have had the same experience. It must be the Pella way.

We had an issue with a Pella Sliding Patio Door that we purchased about 9 years ago. I called Pella and discovered that my door had a 10-year warranty. Andy Cordonnier from the South Bend location went above and beyond to research my door and arranged for a replacement door to be shipped to the warehouse, which I picked up. When I got to the warehouse, another gentleman named Alan also went above and beyond, (first by walking out to the street so I could find my way to the correct location) and then loading and securing the door in my vehicle. My husband and I easily replaced the door ourselves within about 10 minutes or less! Great product and excellent customer service, highly recommend!

This whole Pella experience is a nightmare. No follow up twice I was told I'd be called back no calls...Appointment set at certain time no show and they say they had at different time...The South Bend office is not reliable.
