I had 5 windows replaced and they were all big or custom shapes. I had originally received a quote for a full frame replacement from one of the big competitors. They came in, gave me a quote and I thought I was good to go. My cousin who has dealt with both companies strongly suggested I use Mcleod instead - So I figured getting a quote wouldn't hurt. I dealt with the sales guy, Tim, who was awesome. He (and his installer) came in and very quickly saw that my windows were engineered frames - so to put in a full frame would buckle the front of my house. I didn't understand what this actually meant so I kept asking and checking - but he held his ground that he could not do full frame windows in my place - but needed to do an insert. I didn't want that - so I called the other guys to check - they confirmed (after I point blank asked) that they were 100% fine with full frame windows. So, decided to be safe and trust Tim. When my windows came out and I could see the frames - it was painfully clear what they meant. If they did a full frame window - it would have completely compromised the structural integrity of my house along the front. I was shocked the other company didn't see this?!? So, long and short: Thanks Tim for saving my butt! McLeod had a better window, for less and didn't collapse my house. What more could you ask for?!

Awful experience. Received the windows 1 month past the initial install date, and received multiple wrong orders. I am now 3 months past the initial install date, and I still do not have the issue resolved. Will never used them again.
