IN MY OPINION... I purchased $80,000 worth of windows from these guys back in Sept/14. Which needed to be prepaid- you know to make sure I did my part of our contract. I am still missing pieces, have been through 10 people I am sure, 2 of which no longer even work there. The original sales manager which sold me the windows, and the operations manager who should ensure my customer satisfaction. huh?! Plygem keep showing up here with wrong pieces, no answers and a loss for how to help us, and yet I still have no answers. No offer of a discount or solution for all of the delays, missed pieces, wrong pieces, compensation for all the lost money for heating, 3 missed opportunities to put the windows in with crews, equipment and window installers costs. Framers to make my custom-measured by them and us-to ensure proper fit. Now what I do have here for windows, have to sit and warp as we wait for another opportunity while I let the heating bills pile up. May 2015- We still require panes of glass, nail flanges, paint, and on and on. When I discuss compensation for all of our lost time, heat costs, and expenses incurred as a direct result from their incompetency, it is delayed until everything else gets done. Who knows when that would be! They refuse to change the 33' height for the door handles that I did not order that way. Our rep is good at stall tactics, but not at satisfying a dissatisfied customer. Still need all of our interior doors, won't be through Plygem. Sept 23/15 Now that we have all of the purchased product, I tried to discuss compensation with Mike Beyers as he said we would once we know where we are at exactly, he completely ignores us. Good thing that once again we have held up our end of this deal and PLYGEM has NOT!! More PEED off than you could imagine.
