When a family member was looking for a new windshield to replace their badly damaged windshield, they were looking for the closest business with a good price. They phoned around and settled on County Glass in Didsbury. They were able to get the car in within a couple of days and told my family member it would be a couple of hours. They arrived to be greeted by two men that seemed polite and causal. Afterwards when the windshield was done, the family member noticed long thick jagged marks on the dashboard after driving away, which were though of as leftover glue strings. When that family member showed the head of the household family member, it was discovered that they were actually jagged gouges all over the dash. When the head of the household called them when they opened on Monday, one of the owners completely denied that they gouged the dash all over like that. He even went as far as saying they didn't go in the car. It was like for the family member and head of the household, it was like something they couldn't believe a business could possibly get away with. But apparently when a tiny private business in Didsbury is going to flat out deny it, apparently that's the end of it. Now the family member drives around all over with a repaired windshield (that rattles) but with large jagged gouges all over the once lovely dash to show everyone who rides in it.
