Used Biddiscombe glass on a home I renovated in Redwater about 5 years ago. Had them come to site to take measurements. A bunch of the windows were the incorrect size when they came to do install, almost all of them. We had to waste a bunch of time reframing the rough openings. This was all fixable. However, the two windows on the front of the house, in the living room, had to be the same size. They weren't, so we had to reorder a window, which took 3-4 weeks, we had to put tyvek and siding over the opening to protect it from the elements, then once the window came in, I had to call the siding guy back which he obviously charged me for. The owner at Biddiscombe (forget his name) refused to pay for it. I wouldn't recommend Biddiscombe to anybody. Will get a company from the city next time.
