I showed up asking for a rock chip fill. There was an open bay and an employee not on another job. I overheard him say "it's not much fun" and was told no one could do the work. Guess who's never getting my business again. Edited for your response: To be clear I'm not giving the bad review because the job couldn't be done, that's understandable for drop-ins. Did you really think I'd be interested in coming back after hearing "it's not much fun" ? I'd rather give my business elsewhere and make sure others know what your company's philosophy is like, obviously from the top down since that's the manager saying "it's not much fun". Furthermore reading through your other replies to other reviews it seems this company has a real "customer is always wrong" mentality.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Don’t ever bother to go there to rent a Uhaul either.

Always had great service from these folks. Both Admin and Installation staff are friendly, and they always endeavor to be quick with quoting and installation. We've had them do all our work at two companies now, and I have no problem referring them!

Amazing service! While travelling from Northern Alberta to BC our windshield was smashed by a large rock just outside of Spruce Grove. We rolled into their yard on friday afternoon of the august long weekend and they immediately fit us in, replaced our windshield, and got us back on the road. We would have been in a very difficult situation had they not helped us. Greatly appreciated!

They do great glass work and helpful friendly staff. Anything glass from your car to your house or business I'm sure they can take care of your needs.
