My car was broken into, they smashed the front driver's side window. The service here was good, they vacuumed all the glass out of my car and sealed the window opening while a replacement window was shipped to them. I hope I don't have more broken windows but if I needed to replace another window I would go back.

Always used them and liked them.....but this morning when I got a quote on my car windshield. They quoted me DOUBLE the price of three other companies I called. I told the guy on the phone this and gasped at his quote...he just said " prices have gone up"... All I can say is business must be good for them and they don't need any more.

Had my window replaced after a break in. All repairs were done same day. Very fast and professional to deal with. All broken glass was cleaned up and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend. I've also been before for a chip in front windshield both experiences were above my expectations.

Great service. Super friendly and they do all the insurance paperwork. Been coming here for years for windshields, windows, mirrors. Fast too. I called at 3pm from Vancouver about a broken window, they had the window fixed the next day by noon and the window was in the Okanagan I think when I called. Awesome.

Extremely disappointed in the non-service I received. Made an appointment and was quoted the price and time the service would take. I was told the service would take aprox 1 hour and the price was fair, which is why I chose Apple as my father would be bringing the car in while I was at work and would have to wait. When he showed up for the appointment he was then told it would take a minimum of 3 hours! Time was taken out of my fathers busy work day to make this appointment and they wasted over an hour of his time. I called the office while he was still there explaining that I was quoted 1 hour which is why I specifically chose Apple. They said the only thing they could do would be to offer me a new appointment time for 1 WEEK AWAY (leaving me without a window) and free wiper blades or aqua repellant for the inconvenience!!! What a joke. Did not offer any discount in service, suggested I re-schedule for 1 WEEK AWAY and basically said "too bad" that my father now had to turn around and drive all the way back to Surrey! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere.
