Tyler. First ill start by pointing out, my review has nothing to do with any other company or trades person other than Peak Glass and its terrible owner Tyler. You will also notice i posted the videos and some photos.
Please explain how in either video thats a little bit of water.
This job took Peak glass over a month to complete (Apprx: 10sft of glass), with your Team originally cancelling 1 appointment and YOURSELF Tyler, turning up at 10:52 for a 9am job(with 2 other trades waiting on you). So no, i don't think you 'dropped' anything and quickly responded to our job EVER.
As for you welcoming a phone call. Perhaps if you placed one or actually had a sense of customer service, there would be no review. Again, straight of the bat, your response was to argue and disagree. I wont waste time on an arrogant, rude and useless company/ owner, ill just use a proper glazing company in the future.
ALSO NOTE: Out of the mass amount of time and many trips to my house it took you to complete this job. I only came face to face with your team once. That was with you there and 1 other guy. Not one curse word mentioned, you may notice the video of "a small amount of water leaking" has cursing in it. . . . THATS BECAUSE, thats the second time YOU told me it was completed and ready, and you cracked the second tile and sat there denying it. Im not sure if your high every-time your at work or drunk, but if thats the second time you f*** up and shower, and the second time a customer re-floods their bathroom, how should they react, smiling and happy? I
think you need to start understanding situations a little better, and that perhaps consult the customer instead of fighting them. Also, if you responded to my job as quickly as you responded to this review, i wouldn't have written in the first place . . . . . . .
Again, i stand by every word of aforementioned review. And the first apology i got was in the review response below. YOU SUCK TYLER AND PEAK GLASS! 0 stars if i could have.

I have just had the displeasure of dealing with Peak Glass.
My job was an insurance job after our shower flooded. Peak was brought in to instal the new shower enclosure glass and glass door.
The biggest problems we had was:
A) 3 trips back due to re-sealing, 2 trips back due to there installer damaging 2 tiles (then denying it) and 1 trip back due to wrong door hinges.
And B) the installer himself. Tyler. I was baffled at the lack of professionalism when dealing with Tyler, the messy work and massive blobs of silicone everywhere. To my face he argued that he wasn’t the one that cracked the tile and that it just happened? Apart from the fact he was the only trade in, it was the second time the same tile had cracked and again, he was the only person in there BOtH TIMES. . . Period.
I wondered why the company kept sending Tyler back, until I googled Peak Glass Langley and realized he owns the company!
I have no faith in Peak Glasses ability to complete the simplest tasks nor do I have any faith in the work that they “completed” in my shower. The owner is totally disrespectful to clients and carries himself around as an expert.
I am not a shower glass installer, but after some YouTube videos I’m sure I could have done a better job and I should have.
I have lots of videos and photos to prove every word of this review.
Save yourself the hard times and the frustrating technicians, use anybody else.
