Just had my truck in to replace a damaged windshield. Icbc denied the claim so they gave me a lower price to accommodate me. The work was done quickly and the end result is awesome. I don't remember the name of the man I talked with but he was one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with. When I was in there to pick up my truck he was dealing with an irrate customer. I've never seen someone be able to keep so calm and collect before. He worked with her to make her to make sure she was going to get the best service they could provide. I don't think it was any fault of their own as she mentioned she had originally dealt with there main office over the phone. Keep up the great work and I'll definetly be bringing my vehicles back here in the future!

Great customer service, had a rock chip and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Would recommend Chilliwack Speedy to all my friends!

Had my girlfriend take my jeep in for a minor rock repair. She was advised we would need an entire new wind shield. They were just out to make money off her. We ended up taking it to another location, where they promptly fixed this and laughed at speedy for saying this. When she called back to cancel her appointment, they used scare tactics on her, saying she would be pulled over by the police and she needs it fixed right away. What a joke this place is!!
