I’ve been really frustrated with the customer service of Glass Doctor Langley. I spoke with an after hours dispatch last week who told me that they could send someone out to my home to measure for a shower enclosure the next day. They said someone would call me in the morning to confirm a time so I took the day off of work to be home for this. No one called or showed up so around noon I gave them a call and spoke to a lady on the phone who told me that they do not dispatch anyone to measure until I have seen an estimate of the price. She said she would have it to me shortly and at the end of the day I called again because I still did not have one. She said it would be out in 5 minutes. By the end of the next day I had to follow-up with a third phone call to get this estimate. Once I had it, I let them know I would like to proceed and to please send someone out to measure. The lady on the phone said Wednesday. This week someone touched base to say it was Thursday and I said I was not available Thursday. They then told me that they would not have anyone available until next week and would have to touch base on Monday. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
