The guys there are really knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great supply of different woods for carving.

Have done many orders with these guys, all flawless, most recent order had issues due in large part to changes on our side. Steve and Cari helped us work through them and gave great customer service as they always have. Thanks!

Worst service. Asked about a stone product and asked if the colour we like was actually available because it didn’t appear in the company’s pamphlet or on their website. They also couldn’t find it in the system (not that I think they tried that hard). Then we were told “I’m not calling that company to find out they are too difficult of a company to deal with on the phone.” Asked about another product we wanted to order that we saw and had photos of from a Windsor Plywood in Calgary. Got told “we don’t have that I think. We got the display but never bothered to set it up. I could try to look it up but you should just deal with the Calgary store.” Asked again about calling about the stone and getting back to us. They took our number but I’m sure they threw it out the minute we left. I’m still waiting for their call but it’s okay because what I wanted to order was on the front cover of the Home hardware flyer today in that very colour. Hey don’t worry guy and lady about calling back I’ve already ordered it.

Super helpful staff, found the perfect floor trim after going to every other flooring store in town. Great selection of fine wood products.

Have been to this store a few times now and have always impressed by the quality of products, knowledge and customer service. Recommend to everyone!
