I would definitely recommend Adera! They had no problem customizing the windows to my very specific requests and although I did find that the product / installation / cleanup took a bit longer than I was originally told it would (which is the only reason why it's getting 4/5 stars...) the product & finishing is superior and I'm very happy I chose them. Easy communication & excellent customer follow up; definitely worth the price I paid.

We have just had Adera guys install the Essence series wood/fiberglass patio doors and a window. Garry and Allan were great in answering all our questions and dealing with any after the install follow up inquiries. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

After obtaining 6 quotes for all new windows in our house we chose Adera. They were right in the middle of the pack, price wise. It's always a bit of a gamble with home reno's, but we feel we made the right choice. Gary and his team of installers were very professional. They showed up on time, and were a pleasure to deal with. The installers were always accommodating to our schedule and were always neat and tidy. 16 windows were installed in 3 days. Next on our list is new exterior doors, and Adera will be tops on our list when the time comes. Thanks again, to Gary, and his great team at Adera

Gary at Adera was very nice, he came out to do a quote and told us they would send it over in a couple days. Several weeks later we still had no quote & they didn’t return our calls to inquire. Very Disappointing! Poor Customer Service!
