Terrible work environment. Have to ask permission to use the bathroom. Management lies. Benefits suck and no balance of work/family life

I sent in for literature on windows about a year ago and then started getting e-mails from Anderson. I called them and explained it was going to be sometime in the future before I was ready to replace my windows (14 of them ) They kept sending me e-mails and I called (10 times) and asked them to stop sending them and that I would contact them when I was ready to do this. Every time I contacted them they said they would remove me from their mailing BUT NEVER DID. When I got ready to do this (in August) I purchased from another company because of the harassment from Anderson. I purchased from Window World and got a much better price and a lifetime warranty transferable if I should sell my home. STOP HARASSING PEOPLE AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMERS.

I have worked for them they treat you well for a little while as a temporary employee Bayport,mn . my only input is they if they wish to say there a family company they should have a better tardy / absent policy that say you have a tooth you need pulled and your going to die if you don't . they wrought me up for being gone and were overstaffed that day another days i needed to be gone for a court cases i was written up for that as well they call this unplanned absent hours you only get 32 hrs . so less than a day and we worked 12 hr shifts . i was homeless / displaced prior to this they helped a lot with the hours but treated great talent and a person who wished to be there with callousness over a person that has been there for 30 years .. they understand safety well but at the risk of employees certain procedures could be done away with for environment flow but wont look at a man without a degree and a intellectual Iq of 175 verified by the University of Minnesota . employers need to understand talent will never be found if a person is told he is too intelligent to be at a collage in the united states and must go to Europe .and that's were all the intelligent and intellectual people are going. the untied states collages are failing in education standards and rank # 43 in the world . So why would i go get a degree that says Im stupid . ? and make terrible technologically obsolescent products as i have seen other window manufacturers do and other companies do . . you buy an audi because its built to last as the Germans rank #3 in the world in building and engineering products . Andersen windows is the closest thing out here to that . just need to have better understanding of employee needs and equal opportunity . my grammar is poor for a reason because as most Americans can only understand slang English so this is sort of a narrative text .. hope you get the idea across and make some changes hire me back to make this place rock like it used to when it first opened gave a town its name on a map . my dream to help make that happen ... Call me .. you know where to find me .
