Anders was great to deal with. Honest and helpful. His install guys were respectful, clean and dressed properly. They even did a bit of extra caulking in spots they didnt have to.

All our windows and doors at the cottage are from Green Brand. Great quality, no issues. We get compliments all the time. We ordered black exterior/white interior. Very sharp!

Great company to deal with. Anders takes customer service to the next level and is always available to answer any questions you may have. The installation crew did excellent work and left our home spotless! A+

It is was I thought a great place to get windows and doors for my home. The only problem is that the company did a poor job installing my doors. Quality control is very poor. I had the doors installed in the fall of 2017 when the temperature was still warm. That winter I had lots of issues with frost and the doors actually freezing do to all the air coming in through the doors. In January 2018 I could not use my doors a waiting for Green brand to come and fix the problems with the doors happened in March. This is with the double doors. I am also am having issues with frost accumulation with the single padio back door that they installed. The only way to get into the house and leave the house was going through the garage. It is now 18 months (March 2019) since the install of my front and back doors. A month ago the door manufactor came and replaced the whole door gasket for the front doors. This has made a huge difference with the front doors freezing and not being able to open our front doors. But they are still not quite air tight. And because the humidity of our house is at 30% they are telling us that we are the problem. This was never brought up when Anders came and sold us the doors. I did not ever have a problem with the original steel doors. The reason we went with the new doors was my wife wanted more light and see who was at the door. They tell me that these doors are life time warranted but getting service is very difficult and they are quick to point fingers at me and the manufacturer even though they are the ones that installed the doors incorrectly and should have checked the door gaskets. They also pointed out that the rear patio door did not original come with a door gasket on the bottom of the door. That was installed and we still have the rear door freezing from the bottom of the door to halfway up the door. I would not recommend green brand at this time as they promised me that these doors would be a lot better than the original ones and that has not been the case so far. I am hoping 18 months later that green brand fixes there door issues. Mach 7th 2019
