May 16, 2016; On the recommendation of a friend, I have just recently used this company to replace the majority of our windows and both outside doors and I have to say I am VERY pleased with their service. The estimate was very detailed so I could easily see what I was getting and what I was paying for. The estimate was also the final price of the work. No hidden/surprise charges. The work was done when they said it would be done and the quality of the craftsmanship was excellent. I actually asked if they could add an additional window to my order after seeing their work and they managed to fit that into their schedule without have to reschedule another time. I should also note here that we have an older home and things don't always go as easily as in a new home. These folks are experts in their field as they worked around all those "glitches" easily, but without sacrificing quality. And a big THANK YOU to the work team "lead" (Gerry) who always called to let me know what was happening, when they left for the day and what was the goal for the following day (and they always left the place spotless). A+++ highly recommend this company for your doors and windows. Very good warranty as well.
