Avoid this place like the plague. Nobody picks up at your 3107 number or responds to messages I leave and nobody responds to e-mails I send to your customer service address. Cool business.

The second time and last time I try to use Speedy Glass services. I was constantly given the wrong appointment dates and spent gas money and time for absolutely no purpose.

The guy in there very professional, my car had the filter problem, he fixed it well. Well served!

I have no doubt that the people who work at the individual Speedy Glass locations are professional and competent in what they do. But to what extent that's true I'll never know because I absolutely could not get the people at their 1-844 number to give me an appointment or call me back no matter what I did. I used their online service to fill out information about my car and got a call in the morning asking for my VIN (which wasn't requested on the form). When I gave it to them, they said I'd get an estimate 2 hours later. I called back 3 hours later and they said it would come by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day and they said it would come tomorrow. I called the next day and they said my file was "locked". This continued the next 3 times I contacted them. To this day, I have no idea what a locked file means, how it got locked, or why it was never unlocked, but I never did get a call back or any estimate. Instead they would put me on hold for 15 or 20 minutes to "investigate" and I would hang up. I even started a brand new ticket at one point to try to begin the process over again but gave up again when they wouldn't call me back. One hour of cell phone time completely wasted for nothing. I don't know how businesses like this stay afloat. I hope the management at Speedy Glass is aware of how much money they've lost over the years because customers are simply unable to use their service. Edit: And then they blocked my telephone number. Brilliant.
