I would highly recommend this company. The admin staff were quick to get back to any queries and very helpful. I had two service calls and both were prompt and on time. Prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for the great service, Glass Doctor!

I had to change my windshield and called the reception. She was very friendly and gave me great price. I was not very confident when i got the price real cheap where others were quoted me higher price. She took my confusion away and she said that she knows that i will like their job and made the appointment for me. I took my vehicle and really liked their job. I will definitely recommend glass doctor to everyone.

Had a good experience- Art was able to come in the same day that I had a crack in my window and he came and installed it quickly as soon as it was in. I'm very happy with my new window, it's good quality and was installed well! I definitely recommend them for any glass repair you might need.

My husband waited outside for 30 minutes in the morning for the girl that was supposed to open to shop up. She didn’t call to notify she was running late and didn’t offer anything, even to cover his 12$ cab fair. No heads up and assured us yesterday she would be there at 8:00, making my husband very late for work. Location on Century street.. not going there again.

When I ordered the glass, the estimated time for the glass to arrive didn't work out, and there were some sizing issues that caused another delay. However - every time I reached out, I got a quick response, and when the installation happened (patio door), it was quick and professional. One of the installers also pointed out a problem that may occur in future for me to keep an eye on, which was appreciated. My fifth star here would have been if I got a couple more status updates from GD while waiting for the glass to come in - when you're talking about weeks, it's easy to lose track of when the piece was supposed to come in.
