Two years ago I bought a main entry door at the retail store. People there was friendly and willing to work with me (Hi Ben!). After I placed my order, on installation day the team arrived early and it was very friendly. They performed a superb job, everything was cleanup and the door looks amazing. Overall it was great a experience and I am looking forward to place a few more orders in the near future. It definitely beats the customer service I got a the major hardware stores.

Five years ago we were looking to replace most of the windows in our house. We had looked into different brands (Anderson, Harvey, etc), and found Pella windows to be the best. We went to the Shrewsbury Pella Showroom after a friend highly recommended them. We worked with Glenda, and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly or been more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We ended up purchasing 11 windows, many of them being custom sizes, and we've been incredibly pleased with the quality and look of the windows. Last year we were looking to replace two windows in our house and again went to Glenda at Pella. We had the same experience - it was smooth, fast and we are again very pleased with our windows. Recently we had one small issue with a window (a stress crack in one pane), and even though we had installed the windows ourselves, and five years had passed, Pella (and Glenda) were able to get us a replacement pane very quickly and easily. Pella as a company has been one of the best that we've worked with. The windows are consistently very high quality, and their warranty is the best I've experienced. We have nothing but praise appreciation for Glenda and the Shrewsbury showroom.
