I had 350 Series windows installed in my living room. They look great and have eliminated the giant cold spot that made it impossible to sit on our couch during the winter. Installer did a great job.

We've been using Pella windows exclusively for 20+ years and the products and service have always exceeded our expectations.

About 3 weeks ago I scheduled a repair to have the weatherstrip replaced on my Pella Patio door and adjust the auto close screen. The scheduler checked to insure that weatherstrip was in stock and scheduled the repair for August 24. The technician called on August 23 to advise that he should be here between 11:30 and 1:30. We were out of the house early this am and returned at 9:30, plenty of time..... We received a call from the Technician today at 12:03 and he told my wife that he was here and no one was home, we have been home since about 9:30. Next he says he does not have the weatherstrip so it does not make sense for him to show up. I called the store and was told there was a mix up and they will send a technician on August 27. I had plans for that day but have changed them so we can get the repair completed. It should not be this difficult, especially since the door is out of warranty for service so it will cost me $$$ and my time to reschedule previous plans. I am NOT very HAPPY........ DATELINE AUGUST 27, Since we did not receive a call from the technician to advise us of the approximate time his arrival, I called the office at 9:10 this am. The person I spoke to told me that they will have to reschedule because the WEATHERSTRIP IS NOT IN STOCK. No phone call to alert me of this issue, so I could have spent the entire day waiting for a technician that is not going to show up...... The latest information is that the Weatherstrip should arrive some time after SEPTEMBER 20. Are you kidding me????? I spent 30 plus years working as a manufacturing engineer and project manager, so I can tell you from experience this is no way to manage a project. It's "WEATHERSTRIPPING", it should be a stock item. I requested a return call from my initial customer service contact to see if I can get this resolved.

I purchased a entry door, rear entry door and a sliding glass door for our basement and parts for those doors started to go bad. The doors were still under warranty but over 6 months latter I'm still trying to get my replacement parts because they either send me the wrong parts or just didn't send them at all. They didn't have a problem taking my $15,000 right away. Great looking doors but terrible customer support. When I get my windows done it will be Anderson that I will be calling

I have a window that is leaking air that was installed last year. I have been trying to get satisfaction but I just keep getting the run-a-round from various people in this organization Now they don't even have the courtesy to even return my calls. My next step may have to be the BBB.
