I have used Emerald 3 times since moving into my new home, and I could not be more satisfied. From the initial estimate to installation, each person I dealt with was on time, professional, and displayed their passion for doing a great job. Other, larger window companies tried to up-sell their products, trashed their competitors, and gave extremely disengaging presentations. Jay from Emerald simply asked a few questions about what I was looking for, took measurements, and provided some options based on my budget. At no point did I feel pressure, and the overall interaction was extremely professional. Each installation went smoothly with the technicians arriving on time and explaining any slight variation in the plan (due to the structure of the house). Hiring Emerald will be the best decision you make. Their prices are better, their dedication to their craft and clients is better, and hiring quality, local companies is always better. If you want a high quality product with an even higher quality experience, you'll do no better than Emerald.

Emerald can offer their services cheaply; that being said a customer's savings are gained via the exploitative nature of thier management. Paul Stone is not a man worth working for. Your inexpensive quote comes at the cost of labourers not given their due
