This is my 2nd home purchased with Maritime Door and Window in them and my 2nd time I have had problems. They want 220.00 to repair the windows on my 3 year home. 100.00 for them just to come and look and measure and now 120.00 to change the 4 windows where the seal is gone. I guess home warranty doesn't mean anything to them. I am furious with them for being ripped off again. They probably don't even read them.

Worst service I've ever seen. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I have never had to replace windows before, so I had 0 knowledge but Kevin Leblanc (sales) and Maurice Gaudet (installer) at MDW were extremely helpful and informative. We’ve just purchased our windows, haven’t had them installed yet but those guys are very knowledgeable, polite & professional. Very easy to get ahold of on the phone and quick response via email when I had any questions or wanted to change things. Will definitely be using Maritime Door & Window again! A HUGE thank you to Kevin and Maurice for the excellent customer service! You guys are awesome! Jackie

We were only people in show room at 8 AM and were there for 20 min..still no sales rep came to see us. We then had to go into the clerical area at the back of the building to seek one. There was a company representative just standing around talking to staff and he did come with us. Gave us brochures and we left 10 min later. The brochure was misleading. We picked out 4 door inserts but when we went to order only 1 was available. Would have been nice to know beforehand.

It's a shame 3 out of our 21 windows were too small by 3 inches and nothing will be done about it. We wanted more windows and new doors in the future but after this we will go else where. Too bad because I thought the windows were very nice.
