Over the many years that I have worked with Tri-City Windows and Renovations, they have consistently exceeded all of my expectations. From a full outside renovation of our office buildings, creating office space inside, as well as multiple home projects - Glen and his team have been absolutely amazing.

We ordered some tilt-and-turn windows from tri-city and it has been a terrible experience! First after making them aware with lots of notice when we needed the windows and they assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem they didn’t deliver on time, they were over 2 weeks late. In addition to this the windows were delivered in a half ton truck, 2 windows in the back seat and one window in the bed secured with a ratchet strap. The window that was in the back of the truck had a gouge in the frame that we think was caused by the ratchet strap but we didn’t notice until they after they left. We called them and sent pictures when we noticed it and they wouldn’t make it right. They offered to get us another window (at full retail price, no discount) or they would take $40 off the window that cost us $500. If you’re looking for windows, go elsewhere!
