New house built in 2016. One window cracked along it's edge without trauma. Not covered under warranty according to customer service. Brought this issue up with customer service into October through November. Even sent pictures to avoid having one of their guys come in to evaluate. They said they would follow-up with info and a quote, sent them a reminder a month later, still no reply. Now it's end of December 2018 and still have this cracked window in place. Room for improvement!

I have a house with their windows, and i have like 8 windows in my house that seems to have lost their gas from what people told me. It looks like they are dirty and looks bad. I would not recommended buying windows from them or doors. I have called them and been waiting 3 months for one of their reps to come and check out my problem.

Built a new house in 2015 installed all doors and windows from extreme windows and doors we have issues with all 7 of our exterior doors It’s been 3 years of empty promises, customer reps who don’t return calls and 2 faced lies from the reps who change there story when talking to there boss Now there blaming the installer and me the customer for there mistakes, we now have water damaged trim, hardwood flooring and mould to repair 3 YEARS and we have to replace all of our doors I do not recommend this company or there products to anyone
