I work for a dealership about 1.5 hours away - brought a customer's truck up to get cruise control installed. I was greeted and taken care of by Jeff. A really nice, professional guy. The job was going to take 2 hours and I was offered a taxi if I wanted to go somewhere. It was pretty much two hours on the dot. The job was clean and I can't even tell the truck was worked on. I will be recommending all of my customers to this location from now on if they need a service these guys can provide. Even though I'm 1.5 hours away.

Great customer service! And remote starters come at a good price with lifetime warranty and great customer service! :) I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

I made an appointment last week to have my mini cooper looked at as I was getting poor reception with my car radio. When making the appointment "Jeff" seemed helpful enough and said that if it's the ( roof) antenna it might need replacing but if it was a more difficult job (taking down the headliner etc) they could install an antenna on the front windscreen. It's Tuesday morning and just wasted half my morning as I live about a half hour from Bridgewater. I show up from my appointment and from the get go this Jeff guy says he doesn't know if they can fix it ( didnt even look at it at this point)and gives a bunch of excuses. Really poor attitude ( poor customer service) and didn't even make it into the shop for any diagnostics as he just looked it up on the computer for possible problems.. I would not recommend Apple in Bridgewater. I had a stereo replaced a couple of years ago there when a guy and girl seemed to be there managing the place and they were excellent to deal with and that is why I went back. Absolutely awful!
